Drew and Lisa’s reception and ceremony took place on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon at the amazing castle called Barclay Villa. I had the pleasure of doing the music and mic for the officiant at the ceremony to start the day.

After the ceremony, I had tunes going by the pool for the cocktail hour. The passed food, and the main dinner was provided by the father of the bride’s restaurant, Venero’s…and it was amazing! As the cocktail hour ended, we did the introductions. The parents from the hallway to “We Are Family” and the rest of the bridal party (“Forever” by Chris Brown) and bride and groom (“Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough by MJ) came down the huge staircase. After Drew and Lisa hit the dance floor, I started their first dance “Differences” by Ginuwine. The parents of the bride gave a brief welcome, Father Demetri blessed the food, and then it was time for dinner.

As dinner came to a close, Lisa and Drew cut their beautiful cake to “Sugar Sugar” by The Archies and then several of their friends and family gave toasts. Next up were the parent dances. For Lisa and her father, they chose “Unforgettable” but about midway it cut into “American Badass” by Kid Rock and then went back to “Unforgettable”. People went nuts! Drew and his mother then danced to “What a Wonderful World”. As that song ended, we did the anniversary dance to “Always and Forever” by Heatwave and Lisa’s grandparents had been married the longest in the room! Finally, it was time for open dancing, and these folks packed the dance floor until the very end of the night when we sent the couple with “Last Dance” by Donna Summer and a sparkler departure!
