Logan and Jeff’s ceremony and reception took place at The Pavilions at The Angus Barn. Just like Saturday’s wedding, they got so lucky with the weather. Absolutely gorgeous and not even hot! Wow, amazing. The ceremony was gorgeous and then guests made their way up to the patio for cocktail hour where I was playing a mix of contemporary country based on the bride and groom’s playlist. The guests entered the perfectly decorated pavilion (thanks to English Garden) after making an announcement on the outdoor speaker that I had set up. We went right into the introductions to Ke$ha’s song “Timber”. Everyone went crazy as Logan and Jeff hit the dance floor. I turned the mic over to her father at that point and he welcomed everyone and then a guest gave a great blessing.

The buffet opened up and I had a chance to try some of the chicken and beef kabobs. Both were awesome, as usual. As dinner ended,  the matron of honor, maid of honor and best man all gave amazing toasts which led right into the cake cutting. The cake was by Cinda’s Creative Cakes and it was lovely. They did their cake cutting and then it was time for some dancing. Their first dance was to “Wanted” by Hunter Hayes. Logan then danced with one of her dads to Krystal Keith’s song “Daddy Dance with Me”. Next up, Jeff and his mom danced to “My Wish” by Rascal Flatts and finally Logan and her other dad danced to “I Loved Her First” by Heartland. After that, party time! Let’s go! These folks hit the dance floor with a passion. I had a huge song list from the bride and groom so I was quick-mixing through as many as I could! It was a great dance party! The only stops were for the bouquet (“Single Ladies”) and garter (“Sharp Dressed Man”) tosses. Then, right back to more dancing! The night ended with “I Gotta Feeling” into “Shipping Up To Boston” (the groom is from Boston and they are both moving there soon), and then finally Danza Kaduro as they were leaving for the sparkler departure. What a great wedding. As always, Orangerie Events kept the timeline right on schedule, and Blest Photography was shooting up a storm and having a blast on the dance floor. I can’t wait to see the photos!
