A woman in a floral top sitting in a car.

We wanted all of our guests to have a blast and dance with us all night long, and DJ Randy knew all the right tunes to make that happen! Everyone was raving about him and his music choices (they still are!) and had the best time dancing. 10/10 recommend!

The music was perfect and our dance floor was full the whole night. We appreciated that he took all the stress of music and audio away and executed everything perfectly on the day from the start of the ceremony to the last song. THANK YOU!

Common Raleigh DJ Questions Answered

WHEN SHOULD THE DJ START AT A WEDDING?

Raleigh DJ wedding event dancing

Most wedding ceremony guests will start to arrive 20 to 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. This is to be sure that guests arrive with the vibe and theme you desire and not in silence. Live musicians such as harpists, and quartets should start no later than 20 minutes before the scheduled start time.

In addition, DJs should be playing music at your reception when the first guest arrives with a planned “doors open” playlist to set the mood for your desired theme – preferably fun, excitement, and love.

WHAT DOES YOUR DISC JOCKEY & MASTER OF CEREMONIES DO?

Raleigh DJ wedding party dancing

As the wedding couple, your duties on your wedding day are to celebrate your love for each other with your family and friends. Then, celebrate that love with great music and dancing.

Your disc jockey will work with you to play the music that fits your music tastes and will get everyone dancing while singing their favorite tunes. The emcee, aka master of ceremonies, will make all of the announcements such as grand entrance introductions, coordinate the formal dances, and announce special reception moments.

HOW MUCH DOES A DJ COST IN RALEIGH?
