There’s a funny story behind Joe adding this DJ to the team. Kent Bloms moved to North Carolina from North Dakota in 2004 leaving behind a DJ and nightclub business. When he got married a year later and needed a DJ, guess who he called? That’s right, Joe Bunn. One thing lead to another and a few months after their wedding, Kent realized the “DJ bug” had bitten again and he wanted to get back into the business. The rest, as they say, is history. Wow, that is cliche.

Kent has been dj’ing for clubs, parties, and weddings since 1999. Along with DJ’ing he manages the photo booth for us, is a high school business teacher and also coaches JV basketball. In his 10 minutes per day of free time he enjoys spending time with his 2 boys and playing basketball and baseball.

Kent adds, “My wife and I moved here in June 2004, and got married in April 2005. Trying to find the right disc jockey was very important to us. I did the necessary research and wherever I turned Joe Bunn DJ Company was right there. Take it from a customer turned employee, Joe Bunn DJ Company is the only way to go!”
